Welcome to El Paso, The Mountains of Texas, where you'll enjoy the hospitality of the Radisson Hotel located minutes from El Paso Airport (KELP). Free transportation to and from the airport is provided, as well as, a complimentary breakfast. Your weekend starts with a Welcoming Reception at the Radisson's atrium Friday evening including appetizers and cash bar. Following our business meeting Saturday morning, we'll visit War Eagles Air Museum which includes a section devoted to the 99's, followed by a stop at a local winery for refreshments. Then it's back to the Radisson Hotel where we've planned a true Mexican buffet-style banquet. A bedroom suite will be open 24 hours for the entire weekend for those who would like to display items for Fly Market, mingle or grab a quick snack. Fly Market items can also be displayed in the atrium during the welcoming reception and banquet.

On your own: Just 15 minutes away, you can shop and dine in downtown El Paso or explore destinations like the Magoffin Home and the world-class El Paso Museum of Art. Families also love visiting the El Paso Zoo. Want a glimpse of the Chihuahuan Desert's amazing biodiversity? Head out to Franklin Mountains State Park to hike, bike or drive through the stunning landscape. If shopping is your thing, you can also browse the shops at nearby Cielo Vista Mall or Fountains at Farah. For our golf lovers, tee off at Butterfield Trail's beautiful golf course designed by Tom Fazio.

War Eagles Air Museum (included in registration)
War Eagles Air Museum was founded by John and Betty MacGuire in 1989 as a way to share their love of aviation and history with the community. More than 30 years later, the museum features one of the Southwest’s largest collection of beautifully restored historic aircraft from the World War II to Vietnam Conflict eras, along with a large collection of vintage and historic automobiles, motorcycles, and various military and transportation artifacts through the decades.
